3. How do customers pay?

   Card or bank through Paystack, Flutterwave or Korapay, bank transfer, or pay on delivery — you choose which to offer. Payments are checked before an order counts as paid, and the money settles to your own account. Shoppers can also “Ask someone to pay” or “Split the bill”.

4. How do I manage orders?

   Every order in one list with its timeline. Update its status as you pack it, send it or hand it over. Sell at your counter with the POS — it takes from the same stock as your website. Invite your team with their own roles.

5. How do delivery and pickup work?

   You confirm whether customers can pick up, get delivery, and what delivery costs. If you haven't set a fee, shoppers see “Delivery fee will be confirmed by the store” — never a made-up “free”. Connect your own Terminal Africa account to show live rates from GIG, DHL, Sendbox, Kwik and others, and book shipments.

6. How do people find my store?
