Compliance Policy

QuickShop is committed to safe, lawful commerce. This policy sets out the standards every store and QuickShopper must meet.

Last updated 8 August 2026

1. Identity & verification (KYC)

We may verify the identity of merchants and QuickShoppers, and require documents before enabling certain features or payouts. QuickShoppers who handle escrowed funds must pass ID verification. We may decline or pause accounts we cannot verify.

2. Anti-fraud & AML

We monitor for fraud, money-laundering and abuse using risk signals such as chargeback and cancellation rates, device patterns, and unusual activity. We may hold, review or reverse transactions, and report unlawful activity to the authorities where required.

3. Prohibited & restricted goods

You may not sell: illegal drugs, weapons/ammunition, stolen or counterfeit goods, endangered wildlife, unapproved pharmaceuticals, adult content to minors, or anything banned under Nigerian law. Regulated goods (e.g. alcohol, supplements) must follow all applicable rules.

4. Consumer protection

Describe products honestly, honour your stated prices, delivery and refund terms, and resolve customer complaints fairly and promptly. Repeated failures may lead to loss of the verified badge or removal from the Mall.

5. Payments & escrow

Merchant sales settle through your own compliant payment provider. QuickShopper market-runs use escrow: buyer funds are held and released to the shopper only after the buyer confirms delivery, with photo proof at each step.

6. Reporting

Report suspected fraud, prohibited listings or policy abuse to support@quickshop.store. We investigate and act on credible reports.
