1. Uptime target
We target 99.5% monthly availability of the core storefront and checkout, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our control (e.g. failures at a payment, delivery or infrastructure provider, or force majeure).
2. Scheduled maintenance
We schedule maintenance during low-traffic windows and aim to give advance notice for anything expected to cause downtime. Routine, zero-downtime deploys happen continuously.
3. Support response
Paid plans get priority support. We aim to acknowledge: urgent issues (store or checkout down) within a few hours; billing/payment issues within 1 business day; general questions within 2 business days. Our AI support assistant responds instantly and escalates to a human when needed.
4. Data & backups
Your data is stored on managed, redundant infrastructure with regular backups. You can export your products, orders and customers at any time.
5. Security commitments
We encrypt data in transit and encrypt sensitive credentials at rest, isolate each store’s data, and follow the Privacy and Compliance policies. We notify affected store owners of any security incident that materially affects them.
6. Remedies
If we materially miss the uptime target in a month due to our fault, eligible paid store owners may request a service credit toward the next billing cycle. Contact support@quickshop.store within 30 days. Service credits are the sole remedy for missed service levels.
7. Your responsibilities
Keep your account secure, your payment and delivery integrations valid, and your content lawful. Downtime caused by your own configuration, third-party services you connect, or policy breaches is not covered.
