1. Who we are
QuickShop provides software that lets merchants ("you", "store owners") create a storefront, list products, take orders, accept payments through your own connected gateway, arrange delivery, and optionally appear in the QuickShop Mall. We provide the software; you run your business.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by any team members you invite. You must be legally able to run a business in your country and at least 18 years old.
3. Your store and content
You own your products, brand, customer data and content. You grant us a limited licence to host and display them so the service works. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and safety of what you sell and publish, and for fulfilling every order you accept.
4. Payments and payouts
Customer payments are processed by your own connected payment provider (e.g. Paystack, Flutterwave) and settle directly to your bank account — QuickShop does not hold your sales proceeds. Platform fees (subscriptions, coin purchases) are billed by QuickShop through our provider. You are responsible for your taxes.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use QuickShop to sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods, to defraud customers, to send spam, or to break any law. We may suspend or remove stores that break these rules or the Compliance policy, or that generate excessive chargebacks or complaints.
6. The Mall, coins and games
The QuickShop Mall is an optional showcase. In-mall Shopping Coins and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-withdrawable, and can only be spent inside the Mall. We may adjust mall mechanics at any time to keep it fair.
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available (see our SLA) but provide it “as is”. We may add, change or discontinue features. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
8. Suspension & termination
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, the law, or that pose a risk to customers or the platform. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuickShop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for disputes between you and your customers or suppliers. Our total liability is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the previous 3 months.
10. Governing law
